Flex at EY
At EY every day is different - so we're changing how we think about work. We want to ensure our people feel fulfilled, resulting in high performing individuals, teams and better results for our clients.
You can read about Daniel Sappupo's touching story on balancing flexible working at EY during the most challenging time of his life, and a story from Jo Aleh, Manager - Advisory about what flex working means to her.
When you thrive, we thrive. We can only build a better working world, together, by putting wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.
Through our EY myWELLBEING digital offering, our people can access a central hub of health resources, daily habit tips, invitations to wellbeing events, digital challenges and more. myWELLBEING features all our wellbeing resources aligned to financial, physical and mental health, building strong personal connections; and supporting family and the community. In addition, our hugely popular school holiday programs have continued to operate in a virtual format with great success.
Global Executive Diversity & Inclusion Statement
An important initiative to step up our commitment to D&I is that the Global Executive, EY's most senior management body focused on strategy, execution and operations - has signed the new Global Executive Diversity & Inclusion Statement. This statement is a commitment to accelerate Diversity & Inclusion at EY.
We each have multiple aspects to our identity, some of which may not be visible to others. Whether cultural background, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, age or family status; we value diverse viewpoints and see them as the catalysts that lead to better questions and better answers.
Using a variety of internal networks, inclusive leadership behaviours, flexible working and mentoring programs, we use practical solutions to create your personalised work experience, all supported by a strong, authentic culture and our fundamental belief that we all ‘belong’.
