We are currently seeking a experienced Project Administrator, based in Surry Hills, NSW.


  • Support the project manager & the project team in the following
  • project documentation review including liasing with the Project team on a regular basis to obtain various information to provide to the team.
  • prepare or support project presentation
  • prepare internal & external reporting
  • support with procurement
  • schedule meetings, capture minutes of meetings
  • Manage the office – reception of visitors, deliveries, room allocation, post, invoices, catering

About You

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Good communication skills and a good sense of initiative and ability to anticipate and solve issues
  • Sense of urgency
  • Competent user of Mircrosoft Office
  • The ability to be able to work on site up to 5 days per week, flexible working can be arranged
