About the role:
The Principal Test Engineer your primary responsibilities is to test the systems from signalling principle prospective, support project manager/director in all technical aspects in the project including incoming bids.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing test specifications
  • Verifying System Requirement
  • Test the system, analyse the test results, log analysis, produce System cbtc system test report & records.
  • Participate in RMS integration discussion, Support ITC and RMS system test team on different interfacing issues.
  • Manage integration at RMS and coordinate the RMS integration.
  • Understand Engineering Test obligations in relation to standard, process/directive, regulation and ensure the engineering team complies to specifications.
  • Technical discussion with third party suppliers on interface design/issues.
  • Overall control budget and resources for Test scope.
  • Ensure compliance at all stages is maintained.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Engineering within any discipline carrying minimum of 7-10 years of experience.
  • System interface and project delivery experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to be able to exercise leadership skills in order to manage internal and external stake holders to meet the required targets.
  • Basic MS Office tools, Project Management Tools, Engineering tools i.e. DOORS, RTC, RQM, Synergy.
