Reporting to the Configuration Manager we are currently recruiting for a Requirements Engineer. The Requirements Engineer will work on the Melbourne Airport Rail project. This is a transformational public transport project connecting Melbourne Airport to Victoria’s regional and metropolitan train network for the first time. This role will be based in Melbourne on a Permanent, full time basis.
In this role you will:
- Ensure that all contractual documents, letters, minutes of meetings are captured, identified and managed all along the project cycle in DOORS NG and DOORS 9
- Project scope, complying with customer requirement and BT requirement and process;
- Setup Requirement Management Database and Structure in Doors NG and Door 9
- Collecting and Identifying of project requirements
- Characterizing and allocating project requirements
- Managing changes to requirements
- Establishing and maintaining Traceability
- Identifying verification activity and test execution activity
- Providing the link of validation evidence
- Managing requirements configuration
- Managing the baseline of project requirement
- Monitoring and following progress
- Participate all requirement related customer meeting and internal meeting
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Graduated from a Bachelor degree in Engineering
- 3 to 5 years relevant experience in requirement management or similar role
- Railway signaling knowledge
- Advanced user of Doors NG and Door 9
