Job summary
Come join us and work with the latest cloud technologies that enable our FSI customers to adopt cloud based solutions. AWS is where innovation, risks, and ideas are celebrated. We are builders, we try new things, and imagine big dreams. It is still Day 1 for us, and we are looking for curious people to be part of our diverse teams.

Key job responsibilities
As a trusted customer advocate, Solutions Architects help our Financial Services customers understand best practices around advanced cloud-based solutions, and provide advice on strategies for migrating existing workloads to the cloud. You’ll help drive successful business outcomes across a broad set of enterprise customers through your passion for educating, training, designing and building cloud solutions.

As your customer's AWS CTO, you will have the opportunity to help shape and execute a strategy to build deep adoption and broad use of AWS within your enterprise customers, and you will do this by mobilising resources within AWS and working with our extensive partner network.

Travel is mostly regional, and post pandemic is expected to be 20%.

A day in the life
As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will manage your time to support our customers and account teams with your detailed understanding of AWS Services. Where a customer's need is not your forte, you will reach out to SMEs via AWS internal mechanisms while retaining ownership of the customer's inquiry. As a Solution Architect, you will go beyond the technical solution architecture and work with the account teams, specialists and partners to deliver a practical solution that will accelerate the customers business outcome. You will also contribute to uplifting your knowledge through AWS' broad catalogue of accreditation and education opportunities.

About the team
Work/Life Harmony
Our team is focused on balancing life with our work, and we do this via work autonomy and by prioritising solutions and processes that enable us to scale faster than the business.

Mentorship & Career Growth
One of the keys to AWS’s success is its top-tier collaborative culture. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple AWS professionals that can help you accelerate your career and bring ideas to market. You will be working closely with a talented team of Solutions Architects and managers that will push your technical abilities while you bring new innovations to a widely adopted and fast growing service.
