The Role

We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Metering & Site Billing Officer to join our M&SB team for 12 months in Adelaide (SA).

Reporting directly to the Team Leader you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive accurate gas meter readings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, check and instigate follow up meter readings to ensure accurate charging to Retailers
  • Answer and attend to Retailers enquiries for metering accuracy and other related enquiries concerning metering and haulage
  • Process and update Retailer information and reports
  • Enter meter read details, e.g. On-cycle & Special Reads

About You

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a responsible manner to ensure meter details and readings are recorded and billed accurately
  • Proven ability to identify and prioritise workloads to ensure daily schedules are completed on time
  • Able to identify and prioritise critical work issues as they may occur
