The Opportunity

We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Business Support Assistant to join our Asset Management team in Brisbane on a permanent full-time basis.

Reporting to the General Manager Asset Management you will play a key role in providing high level executive, organisational and administrative support to the GM Asset Management and GM Development & Integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer program of asset strategy workshops
  • Coordinate and administer business reporting
  • Managing communication with stakeholders
  • Optimise the GMs’ calendar and travel
  • Administer process documentation in management frameworks
  • Administer communications (presentations, email, management papers)

Your background

  • Excellent inter-personal / communications skills (you prefer conversations over emails)
  • You build strong relationships to achieve team outcomes
  • You are highly organised and have an excellent attention to detail
  • You are proactive, motivated and passionate about improving processes
  • You have a great working knowledge of Microsoft Office and interested in learning other technologies
  • Tertiary qualifications or interest in ongoing learning are advantageous

About the Team

The Asset Management team ‘owns’ APA’s portfolio of solar, wind, power generation and pipelines. The team engages internal experts to develop asset strategies, align teams to common plans, develop and integrate new assets and report on performance of the assets.

The Business Support Assistant role will be key to coordinating internal stakeholders, driving communication of asset strategies, streamlining reporting processes and supporting the General Managers.
