We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Business Support Officer to join us in our Power & Electricity Transmission team in Brisbane on a part time, max term basis for 6 months.

Reporting to the Manager Asset Operations - Renewables, you will play a key role in providing assistance and support for operations. This role assists in smooth execution of operations by handling administrative tasks and ensuring effective communication between a range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative support: Assist with operational documentation, invoicing, Purchase Orders and payments.
• Communication and coordination: Act as a central point of contact for administrative functions.
• Documentation management: Maintain Operational documentation and organise for easy access.
• Stakeholder management: Engage and support stakeholders, handle queries, and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Purchasing teams to facilitate the timely engagement of contractors and acquisition of materials and equipment.

Your background

• Organizational skills: Efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and ensure administrative deliverables are met.
• Communication skills: Effectively communicate with team members and wide range of stakeholders, and clients to ensure clear understanding.
• Problem-solving abilities: Proactively identify and address any issues and risks, proposing effective solutions.
• Attention to detail: Diligently review administrative documentation, invoicing and budgets to ensure accuracy.

Key Experience

• Working knowledge of Maximo and Workday or similar works and administrative management systems
• Proficiency in computer systems, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook

About the Team

Within the Power & Electricity Transmission team several Renewable assets are operated across Australia. This role provides administrative support to the Renewables team.
