Your new role

Reporting to the Senior Change Manager, the Senior Change Analyst is responsible for providing and delivering organisational change management expertise in support of the Fund's strategic projects.

The Senior Change Analyst supports activities associated with organisational change projects and plans. This role provides change planning, analysis, communications, learning support and measurement and monitoring of change metrics as required.

The Senior Change Analyst may lead small / medium scale change activities within the scope of a strategic program.. This role is instrumental in supporting stakeholders across the Fund by analysing, planning, developing and embedding effective change, communications and training plans to support both adoption and benefits realisation.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Support a Senior Change Manager in the delivery of the approved change management plan on a strategic program with behavioural change as a key focus area.
  • Conduct change impact and change readiness analysis and assessments by applying a structured change management methodology
  • Draft current, transition and future state for impacted stakeholders
  • Work with stakeholders and/or senior change practitioners to identify all impacted stakeholders

What you'll need

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Senior Change Analyst role
  • Proven ability to apply change management principles, methodologies, tools and techniques to deliver and embed organisational change is essential
  • Demonstrated experience preparing detailed change impact assessments, analysing and proposing relevant change interventions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical, problem solving and root cause identification skills is a must
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Resilient, flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Practical, hands-on approach and ability to get things done
