An exciting opportunity to join BOQ Group (which includes Bank of Queensland, Virgin Money Australia and ME Bank) as a Senior Online Producer during our digital transformation journey on a permanent basis. By joining the digital bank of the future, you will be able to make a difference with integrity and empathy by managing end-to-end delivery of initiatives and business updates, adding significant value to our organisation. With exciting projects currently underway, you will be a key contributor to unique business development and change across the BOQ Group.
As a Senior Online Producer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of initiatives and business as usual updates across all three brands (Bank of Queensland, ME Bank and Virgin Money Australia) through digital channels such as website, email platform and 3rd party solutions using agile methodologies.
Furthermore, you will take charge in understanding the digital channels, including analytical data, that will help provide expertise and suggestion to the business regarding digital channel optimisation and digital user experience improvement. This will include the responsibility for design governance relating to front-end development, ensuring a high level of digital user experience and usability is in place.
Working closely with approved technological partners, you will implement web/digital best practice ensuring robustness and high availability of online services. You will act as a catalyst for communication between stakeholders across all project phases, clearly documenting and maintaining up-to-date information related to design, build or analytical data on the Group’s Confluence and collaboration tools (Lucid Charts and Miro).

As a collaborative and creative online producer, you will have experience in using content management systems with large, high traffic, content-driven websites. You will have an advanced understanding of online technology, and UX and IA best practices, supported by knowledge in web standards, SEO and accessibility awareness. HTML skills with JIRA, Confluence, Miro and Lucid Chart experience highly regarded.
Naturally, you will be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills. You are able to operate under pressure of consistent deadlines, where your ability to multi-task and prioritise accordingly will shine through.
