About the Role

This really cool Business Analyst position will see you embedding yourself in our Home Buying Agile Release Train (ART for short) , working on building a better home buying experience for our customers. This is a unique opportunity to work across BOQ group to build a digital bank and improve customer experience across our multiple brands. (Think BOQ, ME, Virgin Money)

Our team has strong Agile foundations, and you will need to have previous experience with Agile/ SAFE or Scum. You are able logically structure and disseminate work across a program increment. You can refine Epic/Feature/ story by working closely with the Agile delivery team, Product Owners and Business SME’s. This is a fast-paced environment., and you need to be comfortable working through ambiguity and taking stakeholders along the journey

You’ll also be paramount in providing functional expertise (home loan origination, servicing in digital bank or core banking) to solution designers, developers, testers and business groups.

About you

You’re passionate about Business Analysis, you love solving complex problems that directly improves customer's experience – yip, you wanna be part of building something from the ground up. As a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst (you know all the banking jargon), you will have the expert ability to extract complex details from a range of sources and structure large amounts of information into easily digestible information for non-technical stakeholders- aka into layman’s terms so we can all understand! You have had previous experience working on origination workflow or core banking, or large transformation projects.

Naturally, you always wear your risk lenses, and control focus along the way and with experience working with stakeholders across all levels, you’re a solid influencer who has a track record driving successful outcomes. As a proactive team member, you happily jump in and assist when required to swarm around blockers, coaching and guiding other team members – you get it and are passionate about playing your part in an organisation.
