About the Role

The purpose of this role to provide leadership support to NiW Asset Integrity team to improved delivery and performance.

Reporting to the Leinster Asset Integrity Superintendent, this is an ideal role for a motivated and passionate individual to progress your career within mineral processing and be part of improving and upgrading the Leinster operations.

Key projects and initiatives this role will lead, or support include:

  • Implementation and scoping of minor capital improvement programs.
  • Supporting site to execute continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Leading key productivity improvement projects for site.

This opportunity allows for the development of experience across all aspect of the Concentrator operation with support by experience teams and well-developed processes.Leads a team focussed on the management and delivery of maintenance execution activities (eg maintaining plant, equipment, processes and/or infrastructure). Leads others to ensure safety, productivity and engagement.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have a background in mine processing and or maintenance combined with genuine passion for continuous improvement, are results focused with a demonstrated track record working with others to achieve successful business outcomes.

In addition, we are ideally looking for the following skills and experience:

  • A passion for leadership and development of both technical and production teams in an operating environment.
  • A consistent focus on safety and production through leading and coaching.
  • The ability to work autonomously to develop and implement programs/projects which may also be across multiple work groups across the concentrator.
  • Previous exposure to operations such as Mineral Processing, Refining, Maintenance or similar.
  • The ability to collaborate and build positive business partnerships.

Location

In this full-time permanent position, you will be based at Leinster on either Fly-in, Fly-out from Perth or Residential with housing provided and working on 7 days on, 7 days off.

Leinster is located in the northern region of the Goldfields. The Leinster Village and Township offer a unique lifestyle with all the modern conveniences – an Olympic size swimming pool, health, and fitness center, race-course, and even an 18 hole golf course. Employees commute to and from Perth on a fly-in / fly-out roster or have the option to live residentially in Leinster.
