About the Role

Working on our new South Flank Operation, we will provide you with an environment where health and wellbeing are seen as a pre-requisite for safety and production. You will be based in South Flank working within the Mining Equipment Maintenance team on a 5:2 / 4:3 roster offering flexibility for the right candidate.

This role will see you providing specialist expertise to the execution and management of the repairs process in consultation with vendors to ensure downtime, waste and cost are minimised all whilst ensuring quality repairs are conducted.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring the compliance of the approved scope of work
  • Monitoring the status of all repairable components throughout the repairable lifecycle
  • Identifying and processing warranty claims in collaboration with functional partners
  • Identify cost saving opportunities through collaboration with relevant functions and vendors

About You

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Strong supply background with OEM experience
  • You will have extensive experience in component overhauls
  • The ability to drive outcomes, be highly cost driven, and have 1SAP knowledge
  • Relevant trade or engineering background would be beneficial, but not mandatory
