About the Opportunity

We are actively recruiting for a Senior RTO Administration/ Funding Coordinator to join our National Operational Learning & RTO team.

In this critical & dynamic role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administration functions in relation to RTO compliance, funding contracts and government funding reporting. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to identify, source and apply for project, government and training & assessment funding relevant to Boral RTO Australia.

This is a permanent, full-time role based at our North Ryde office. The successful candidate will be offered flexible working arrangements (2 days WFH).

Duties

  • Maintaining an accurate and compliant Student Management System including data reporting
  • Overseeing compliant administration of student enrolments, student progression, and completion in line with relevant government bodies
  • Managing the enrolment, student cycle and USI process as per ASQA regulations
  • Managing student completion and issuance of certification and competency cards
  • Compiling and completing Annual AVETMISS Reporting
  • Supporting the RTO with internal quality assurance, and continuous improvement processes
  • Reviewing and executing student enrolment applications, including Credit Transfers, RPL, LLN, student handbook and training plans in Job Ready
  • Identifying funding opportunities and managing funding submissions

About You

This position is well suited to an experienced & efficient RTO professional with a passion for developing and implementing administrative controls and workflows. Additionally, you will have:

  • Demonstrated RTO administration experience including compliance and reporting functions of funding applications, minimum of 5 years
  • Proven experience in identifying, sourcing and applying for state and national funding
  • Certificate IV (TAE40116) Training & Assessment essential
  • Strong experience with Student Management Systems (Job Ready, VETtrak, aXcelerate, etc.)
  • High attention to detail and a strong initiative to improve and optimise processes
