I have been fortunate to receive genuine support from both men and women within our organisation throughout my career at CBRE, especially after returning from maternity leave. Over the past five years, I have seen a positive shift to an increase in women's representation in senior leadership, both within CBRE and the real estate industry, which I am excited to witness. Gender diversity requires a prolonged and multi-faceted commitment by senior men and women to identify the real obstacles, particularly the minority group in relation to senior leadership roles.
