Clough Amec has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join the team! In this role you will effectively provide the necessary expertise to all aspects of the maintenance program to ensure compliance with the schedules and long-term plan.

The Maintenance Engineer will assist Clough AMEC’s Client Team to provide onshore support to offshore facilities’ maintenance program to ensure the company goals are met.

We provide asset support solutions encompassing asset management and modifications, shutdowns and turnarounds, general maintenance, operations support services and decommissioning.

Your focus will include:

  • Coordinating with Engineering Technical Authorities and maintenance team
  • Monitor compliance with Maintenance Procedures through routine review and audit.
  • Accountable for all aspects of planning and schedule development for the assigned site with a Safety and Compliance focus.
  • Drive maintenance strategies aligned with a cost efficient model of execution.
  • Assure the delivery of materials, resources and maintenance activities to the facilities.
  • Ensure compilation and update of maintenance plans that allow adequate controls of resources to protect the operation.
  • Review safety case deviations ensuring that the deviations are adequately risk assessed.
  • Monitor and track the annual budget and identify any potential shortfalls / overspends within maintenance activities.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Minimum 5 years experience with maintenance operations on oil and gas facilities
  • 5 years’ experience with MMS as used in heavy industry.
  • SAP proficiency
  • Strong leadership in maintenance and safety management.
  • Knowledge of logistics, supply, engineering, production processes as used in offshore industry.
  • Ability to identify and prioritise conflicting work scopes, and delivery decisions to stakeholders
  • Integrity and strong business ethics
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Strong self-motivational skills
  • Strong organisation skills
  • High degree of problem solving skills
  • Ability to develop procedures and other technical documentation
