You will be joining the Corporate Liquor and Emerging Technology team and be responsible for the development of solutions used by Team Members across Coles.
This role will suit someone focused on delivering quality technology outcomes at pace, those who enjoy a fast-paced dynamic team environment and can lead a team through change.
About the role
You will be accountable for delivering the technology solutions required to support key transformation programmes across the Finance, Procurement, Property and Treasury functions.
You will engage with and manage senior stakeholders from the development of an IT Roadmap through the lifecycle of initiatives ensuring alignment to business and technical strategies.
You will be leading a diverse team consisting of permanent team members, contractors and vendor resources accountable for the end-to-end execution of projects, from discovery to delivery through support transition.
About you and your skills
- 5+ years’ experience in managing delivery of large programs of work, preferably across the Finance and Procurement technology functions with SAP experience a bonus
- Experience in building and leading teams
- Experience in IT strategy development
- Proven experience managing relationships with senior leaders
