About the role
Our Coles Distribution Centres play an important role moving quality products through our supply chain, to provide extraordinary shopping experiences for our customers. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you’re accountable for coaching and supporting a team of 25-30 team members to deliver the operational output required, always keeping safety and compliance front of mind.

Flexibility to work a rotating roster as the DC operates 7 days a week for our customers
To energise, empower and support your team in meeting and exceeding set targets
To plan and allocate workload to maximise efficiency and delivery to deadline
To meet commercial budget and cost management principles
To manage the reporting and logging of safety-related incidents
To handle the receiving, pick packing and dispatching of goods
