Our eComm team is continuously growing and we’re going through a massive digital transformation . We’re looking for a Engineering Manager- Apps to join our Engineering team to build and deliver world class mobile apps. About the role
As an engineering manager, you play an important role as a technology leader across multiple engineering squads. You provide leadership, coaching, support and act as an enabler to your squads to balance technology, delivery and outcomes in alignment with the wider group’s objectives. You will not only deliver and execute the product roadmap, you will also run and maintain what has been built once delivered to production.
About you and your skills
You will have deep experience building high performance teams, while coaching them to success using agile methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience leading multiple highly skilled technology teams and delivering large programs of work
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in product development teams
- Experience working in complex system architectures, operations and support structures
- Experience delivering outcomes as part of a cross-functional group, using onshore/offshore delivery model and with 3rd party vendors and integrators
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Market knowledge and experience of delivery and management of technology solutions
