About the role

A new Assistant Marketing Manager opportunity has arisen within our passionate and energetic Brand, Digital, & Design team. This is a fast-paced collaborative and supportive team where you'll work hard and learn lots. This role will set you up for marketing career success and provide lots of scope for development.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be empowered to Increase customer loyalty to Coles by supporting the creation of through the line integrated marketing campaigns.

You’ll also

  • Brief studio and external agencies
  • Build brand equity with engaging communications that cut through and articulate ‘why Coles’
  • Raise purchase orders, maintain budgets, develop timelines and ensure campaigns are delivered to agreed timelines.

What you bring

Tertiary qualifications in Advertising, Marketing, or Business with 2 + years’ experience as a Campaign Manager/ Assistant Marketing Manager/ Account Manager coming from a creative agency (working on a sizeable retail client), or from a large organisation within a fast-paced marketing department. To hit the gound running, you'll need to have worked across traditional channels such as print and / or radio.

You’ll also need

  • End to end campaign planning and execution experience
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Stakeholder management and strong influencing ability
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
