About the role

A new Marketing Planner opportunity has arisen within our passionate and energetic Brand, Digital, & Design team.

What you’ll be doing


Reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be empowered to Increase customer loyalty to Coles by supporting the creation of through the line integrated marketing campaigns.

You’ll also


  • Increase sales (transactions, basket size and visits) by helping to prioritise the most relevant and compelling offers
  • Build brand equity with engaging communications that cut through and articulate ‘why Coles’
  • Leverage brand platforms, assets, partnerships, and sponsorships
  • Coordinate and implement all ad hoc campaigns and projects to agreed timelines

What you bring

Tertiary qualifications in Advertising, Marketing, or Business with 2 years’ experience as a trade marketing planner/ marketing agency planner / brand manager coming from or working with a sizeable and prominent retailer/fmcg organisation.

You’ll also need


  • Creative planning and execution experience
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to work at pace.
