About the role

An opportunity for a State Marketing Manager for WA, SA & NT has arisen in our passionate and energetic Media and Sponsorship team. You’ll join us at a time of exciting transformation and help define our State Marketing strategy moving forward.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to our Head of State Marketing, you’ll be empowered to grow market share by developing and delivering marketing campaigns and community activations, and support new, renewal, store closure and competitor impacted stores within WA, SA & NT.

You’ll also

  • Improve brand metrics and customer lifetime value via reporting state/local customer pain points to the Head of State Marketing
  • Execute the state local relevancy and community strategy
  • Be the conduit between the Central Marketing Team and the WA, SA & NT leadership team.

What you bring

Degree qualified in Business or Marketing; you have 5+ years’ experience in a Marketing/Product Marketing/ Customer Insights role with strong Digital/Social/Paid channel marketing experience. Enjoying a combination of hands on work and high-level strategy, you’re skilled at empowering and enabling others to support you, to get the job done.

You’ll also need

  • Data analysis of customer/transaction, market share, shopper experience and brand metric data
  • Creative agency management
  • Budget management
  • General Manager level stakeholder management.
