The Opportunity
The CFS Change Team is part of CFS’s TTO business unit which is accountable for technology, operations and transformation across CFS. You will be responsible for completing detailed analysis on change impacts, transition requirements and documenting the results as directed by the Change Manager/Lead.
This is contingent contract role working at CFS for 6 months with a view to extend.
Your Responsibilities
- Complete detailed analysis of change initiatives to identify and assess impacts on internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate change impact workshops and other engagement strategies to identify, document and communicate outcomes of detailed impact assessments
- Contribute to planning of change strategies and interventions to support impacted stakeholders in transitioning to future state, including training approach, business documentation requirements, and monitoring change adoption
- Maintain online communication channels (e.g. SharePoint/Confluence sites)
- Prepare documentation to support impacted stakeholders including standard operating procedures and other reference material
- Contribute to the risk and issue management process by identifying, reporting and managing change risks and resolving issues within capabilities
Your Capability and Experience
- Proven ability to manage and implement change within complex project environments
- Demonstrated experience working across superannuation, investments, and/or wrap platform solutions (Mandatory)
- Quick learner, adaptable to changing priorities and initiative to drive outcomes
- Experience in using collaboration software, including JIRA and Confluence
- Experience in human-centred design, agile ways of working, and modern change practices
- Strong problem- solving capability, analytical mindset and ability to translate complex technical requirements into succinct and simple concepts
- Able to influence senior stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
