We are listening to our 20,000 + team members more regularly and our focus is now on using the data we have available to deliver insights and drive change, underpinned by sophisticated insights and analysis. About the Role | Mō te Tūranga

You will work closely with the Woolworths NZ Leadership team to deliver research and insights which inform the People strategy, and create better team experiences.

In this role, you will:

  • deliver research & insights in a meaningful way to drive action, inform business decisions and the People strategy

  • be responsible for driving the Woolworths Group Team Listening strategy into the Countdown business

  • support the business to define business problems & translate them into research questions, and design the end to end research solutions

  • lead the end to end execution of research projects (from understanding the research objectives to writing the questionnaire, through to delivering insightful & actionable reports)

  • prepare regular insights reports by extracting data from our Voice of Team Survey, as well as other, relevant data sources

  • through close partnership with business stakeholders, identify opportunities to introduce insights and research to inform business problems

About You | Mōu

We love curious and customer/team oriented people, you should also bring:

  • Strong stakeholder engagement & relationship management experience

  • A collaborative, team player

  • Demonstrated (10+ years) experience in Qualitative & Quantitative research & insights,

  • Proven background in project management of large complex research programmes

  • Proficiency using research software (Qualtrics, Medallia), Q Research Software, digital qualitative platforms, Excel, G-suite

  • Ability to visualise data & insights in simple easy to understand ways

Preferred but not essential:

  • Experience working in large client side organisations

  • Employee experience research
