Reporting to the Recruitment Manager you will be supported by a resourcing coordinator and HR team and empowered to access your existing network along with the extensive contact base that already exists within CPB.

Your opportunity
The Senior Resourcing Advisor will sit within the NSW/ACT Project Team to provide recruitment support to Hiring Managers as well as drive resourcing objectives to improve recruitment outcomes within the business. • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Exposure to end to end internal recruitment practices
  • Knowledge of workforce planning ideally within a contracting or heavy industry environment
