The purpose of this role is to partner with the Resorts portfolio of the business to provide sound operational and administrative People & Culture assistance to your stakeholders, in line with their business plans and Crown’s policies and procedures.

You will also be responsible for supporting the People & Culture team with various projects and P&C activities that will contribute to and initiate the design and implementation of projects, programmes, policies and procedures that support the strategic direction of the department.

Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Criteria:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Business or Psychology (or working
  • towards)
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in a HR Advisor or HR generalist role is desirable
  • Understanding contemporary human resources practices, procedures and strategies
  • Knowledge and understanding of current legislation including Industrial Relations and Equal
