A rare and exciting opportunity has risen for a Security Administration Coordinator to join the team. This role is an administrative and analytical role, which plays a crucial part in protecting Crown Melbourne’s reputation and ensuring its risk is mitigated against criminal infiltration and unacceptable behaviour.

Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing all Withdrawal of Licence (WOL) and Exclusion (including Chief Commissioner exclusions) in accordance with the Casino Control Act, to ensure the integrity of Crown operations.
  • Utilising a wide variety of internal systems and applications, including Facial Recognition, Gaming applications
  • Liaising with large amount of internal stakeholder and external (patron) related engagement.
  • Providing background information and analysis to Investigators to assist in the Investigation and minimisation of risk across Crown departments.
  • Providing Senior administrative and clerical support to the Security Investigation Unit and wider business.

To be successful, you will need:

  • Experience in an administrative support function or general office administration environment
  • Gaming knowledge/experience is highly desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, time management and confidentiality
  • Passionate about customer service and making a lasting first impression
  • Ability to work in a small team environment
  • Ability to interact professionally with a variety of stakeholders & liaise confidently with Senior management
  • Successful completion of tertiary qualification in relevant discipline is highly desirable but not essential (e.g. Business Administration/ Analytics/ Intelligence practitioner or related field).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence
