The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing dedicated support to the position of the General Manager - Perth Transformation and the Crown Perth Chairman. The role is a shared service to support subsequent operational and board functions which fall within their respective remit. A significant part of the role is to coordinate administration duties associated with board communication.

You will work closely with the local Executive leadership teams to provide critical support across the Group to ultimately enable the efficient and effective delivery of outcomes across each function.

One of the key roles is to support the Chair of the Board and the board directors in the co-ordination of board meetings for Burswood Ltd and the sub committees. The hosting of the technology and processes here on the ground as they involve considerable number of dial ins and diary changes. You will be the liaison point for diaries with the regulatory contacts like DLGC, Independent monitor, ASIC ad the liaison with any legal issues that develop with the board.

Essential Criteria

  • Extensive senior management and administrative support experience in a similar role.
  • Significant experience in stakeholder management including working with senior management, internal teams, external clients & customers
  • Ability to work in demanding situations with commitment to deadlines and timeliness activities
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suites (particularly Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and communication skills with a strong customer focus
  • High level of commercial maturity, where confidentiality, integrity and discretion is upheld at all times

Preferred Criteria:

  • Board administration
  • Relevant experience in hospitality, gaming and/or resorts industry
  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or similar
