Duty Manager - Crown Perth

As a Duty Manager you will be responsible for managing and assisting in the running of the entire Hotel Rooms Division operation during your shift. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will appropriately allocate resources across the operation and ensure that Crown’s policies, procedures, and brand standards are adhered to across all operational departments.
This is a full-time position based at Crown Metropol and or Crown Promenade Perth
- Hotel management experience at a departmental level within a superior hotel
- Strong knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office suite
- Extensive customer service experience
- Hospitality or business-related qualification
- Knowledge of the Opera Property Management System
