Direct Communications Coordinator

The key purpose of this role is to support and assist with the management and execution of Crown Melbourne and Crown Sydney’s direct communications plan in line with business requirements. This role will be responsible for the execution of campaigns via eDM, Direct Mail, SMS and Push via App.

Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Support management of complex content calendar and briefing SLA’s for submissions across multiple campaigns.

  • Work with base HTML code for email builds where required (formatting/templates).

  • Build, proof, gain approval and dispatch email marketing campaigns via Salesforce marketing cloud.

    Receive master data files from Customer Strategy team. Work in these files to ensure the data file is prepared for error-free execution of Direct Marketing campaigns.

    • Manage list uploads for DM and eDM patron mail, via Salesforce and via Mail house tools and systems.

    • Maintain schedule reporting and support the team in producing weekly and monthly analysis of campaign execution, distribute to stakeholders – particularly the Gaming & Non-Gaming Marketing teams, Hotels and Marketing management group.

    • Work with campaign team stakeholders to manage approvals and provide campaign updates.

    • Support the Manager – Direct Communications on monthly forecasting and re-forecasts.

    The following criteria will be considered when reviewing applicants:

    • Degree qualified. A degree in marketing or equivalent would be preferable.

    • Marketing Automation System experience preferred but not essential.

    • Strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills.

    • Intermediate Excel skills for handling of data sets.

    • Very comfortable with Microsoft Office suite.

    • Great attitude and can-do approach.
