We have a leadership opportunity within our Food & Beverage team for a Culinary Operations Director. Under the direction of the General Manager of Food & Beverage, this role is accountable for leading a team of Executive Chefs and the overall performance of culinary operations at Crown Perth. As a member of our Food and Beverage Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for creating a best practice culinary operation, maximizing business unit objectives and ensuring that each outlet is managed as a successful independent profit centre. Safeguarding all Crown Perth outlets are operating at the highest standards in Health and Safety, while seeking continuous improvement areas across our Culinary offering.

The Crown Perth site hosts 33 restaurants and bars, this role will have oversight into every food offering available at Crown Perth.

Essential Criteria

  • 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role or level (preferably from a high-end resort, casino, or hotel operation)
  • Experience in high volume operations on the international stage (diverse international/city location experience preferred)
  • Experience managing the financial aspect of a business, including budgeting
  • Advanced operational management experience, and the ability to make high level decisions on rostering, leadership, and staff management


Preferred Criteria

  • Tertiary education preferably in Culinary Operations and Hospitality Management or a Business-related discipline
