The Planner / Scheduler position forms part of the Operations Services team at Kogan Creek Power Station.

The role supports the work of the Planning Supervisor to provide strategies, systems, processes and procedures to programs and services to achieve their objectives.

As a Planner / Scheduler at Kogan, the role will be to actively support the team in the areas of safety, planning, scheduling and reporting. This will be in accordance with the Asset Management Strategies and other work requirements at Kogan Creek Power Station and optimising costs and maximising resource utilisation to assist with the achievement of stipulated targets

This position is available for immediate commencements and is offered on a fulltime, fixed term basis until June 2023


Our preferred applicant for this position will most likely possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Trade background (Mechanical or Electrical).
  • Planning and Scheduling within a team environment
  • Power industry experience would be advantageous
  • Experience with TRIM or other document management system


  • Good understanding of the various functions within the power station
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with/demonstrated ability to learn, Prometheus or other SAP based scheduling tool.
