The Opportunity

DCE has an opportunity for a Project Manager with demonstrated experience of min 4 years.

You will have exceptional time management skills, be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively, meet deadlines and be comfortable working in a fast paced and changing environment.

The successful applicant will enjoy managing a diverse portfolio of work including industrial/commercial developments, master planned residential communities and major sporting field/racetrack redevelopment.

Reporting to the Project Director you will be responsible for coordinating each stage of the project, including but not limited to Management of Client PCG meetings, active participant in design coordination meetings, providing and communicating the same with all relevant stakeholders to meet client deliverables.

You will be preparing and analysing tenders, reports, contracts, development of cost estimates and site feasibility reports.

Determination of briefs for subconsultants, tender, engagement and liaison.

Complete in a timely manner monthly reporting, budgets and invoicing.

About You

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience of 4+ years of Project Management
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Project)
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or Diploma in Engineering
  • Experience in or within a related field of Project Management
  • Experience in reading construction plans and knowledge of civil design
  • Experience managing a range of projects
  • Experience managing a broad range of tasks and resources
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining client relationships/authority relationships

Desirable

  • Experience in Land Development
