Our Global Mobility function is transforming, and we are looking for an experienced Global Mobility Manager to transform and lead the Global Mobility program across the firm. You will also play a key role in transformation of our Asia Pacific mobility function. Aligned to the firm strategy, this will include the redesign of how mobility services are experienced by our stakeholders to ensure we have the right capabilities, structures and systems to deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience. We will leverage your extensive experience in process re-design, change management, building team member capability and ability to implement and embed transformation across both Australia and Asia Pacific.

What will your typical day look like?
You will focus on the transformation of the function while continuing to provide strategic direction and creating an exceptional candidate and client experience. Through collaboration with our leaders, you will align our global mobility strategy to the strategic priorities of the business whilst also being accountable for day-to-day operations and coaching a team of Global Mobility specialists. You value the importance of working within and leading a team, listening, disrupting and not being afraid to try new things.

You will be responsible for the delivery and execution of a national business unit-focused, best practice Mobility function. The role will be integral to our transformation, continuing to build a culture of mobility whilst elevating the profile and visibility of our mobility brand. Strong performance standards and service delivery to Business Units will be achieved through coaching and mentoring team members and providing expert technical advice. You will work closely with senior leaders to understand client project pipelines and resourcing requirements, acting as a trusted advisor in executing best practice Mobility.

You are someone with:

  • 10 years of global mobility experience working in a multi-national, global team environment
  • Substantial experience leading teams and are considered a trusted business advisor
  • Superior stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining focused on operational excellence
  • Demonstrable experience working with ambiguity in a fast-paced growth environment, gained from a large matrix organisation
  • Tenacity and a consultative approach to providing impactful client mobility solutions plus the ability to work in a team-oriented environment are critical skills.
