We are currently recruiting into the following pillar:
Business Assurance: Our Voice Analytics team within Business Assurance, provides sophisticated voice and speech analytics across contact-centres with a commercialised intelligence approach that identifies patterns of repeated customer concerns and complaints. Whether it is the financial services sector, energy or transport and manufacturing there is ongoing scrutiny on compliance, on the requirements around privacy, and on improved outcomes for customers. Deloitte Voice Analytics help our clients identify where issues are developing enabling them to take corrective action in a timely manner.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You are a confident student with an insatiable appetite for learning new things, and:
- A relevant degree in Business, Commerce, Actuarial, Business Analytics, Data Analytics and/or IT
- Data analysis skills and sound business acumen
- Phenomenal time management and organisational skills
- A keen eye for detail and a meticulous approach to your work
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work well in team environment
- An excitement for innovation when it comes to technology’s potential to disrupt the finance landscape
- Completing your studies in 2022 or recently graduated
