What will your typical day look like?

You will be part of an inclusive and supportive wider team that provides high-quality, hands-on IT support to Deloitte Australia’s internal practitioners. It includes support of the firm’s hardware and software, unified communication devices, mobile devices and wireless network technologies.

Role Responsibilities

The ITS Service Support Consultant is responsible for all incidents, tasks, and requests escalated to the National Service Support queue and for ensuring all issues are addressed within agreed SLAs.

Management of software including Windows, iOS & Office365 IT on-boarding of new starters, including physical distribution of assets. Diligently adhering to our ISO27001 compliance processes.

Ability to utilise remote access tools to carry out service restoration activities .A professional manner in all interactions, with a customer-focused attitude and supporting all practitioners, including Executive and VIP.

Assisting with hardware support, including notebooks, mobile & conference devices. Contribute to customer-facing Knowledge articles.

You are someone with:

You will have competent knowledge and experience in a technical customer support role, where industry certification and/or experience are desirable, including:

  • Microsoft product suite including Windows 10 and Office 365
  • ITSM Platform e.g. ServiceNow & ITIL
  • Apple MacBook & Mobile Devices
  • Being adaptable and flexible with a demonstrated customer focus
  • Accountable with the ability to proactively problem solve with a desire to grow
