Deloitte is currently searching for a Global Program Manager (Chief of Staff) to work with, represent and support the global Risk Advisory Leader for Climate & Sustainability and the broader global practice. This is a senior role within our global Risk Advisory Sustainability and Climate business. We are committed to deploying consistent, connected and coordinated sustainability services across geographies so that our professionals and leaders can make an impact that matters to the climate, society and our clients. The Sustainability and Climate team collaborates with the member firms and service offering networks and complementary businesses on delivering market leading integrated services to help our clients respond effectively to sustainability and climate changes around the world. Our work is varied ranging from driving, coordinating and supporting activities, as well as designing and delivering strategic solutions.


  • Direct Support to Global Risk Advisory Leader for Climate & Sustainability
  • Leading and project managing (production/coordination) of workstreams including service offering development, training, marketing, eminence, Tech (assets & alliances), performance
  • Facilitation of Operating Committee meetings and ad hoc calls between leaders
  • Building strong relationships in order to support the relevant global Risk Advisory Leaders and key stakeholders and connect with representatives in relevant practices.
  • Liaising with Global Cross-Business Sustainability & Climate Team

  • Experience in complex global networks
  • Passion for making a global impact on climate and sustainability matters
  • Knowledge of climate and sustainability agenda
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent spoken and written communication
  • Strategic thinker, with demonstrated experience in business process and operational excellence
  • Ability to work globally and cross-culturally with varying professional levels and geographies but especially with senior personnel
  • Ability to anticipate and respond to leadership requests / needs
