What will your typical day look like?
With responsibility for the delivery of legal support and services to a diverse range of clients, there will be no typical day! You will work across a wide portfolio of Deloitte clients ranging from large multinationals and Australian listed companies to public sector, educational institutions and technology companies and middle market businesses.

Your work will include advising clients on all aspects of creation, protection, implementation and deployment of technology assets; drafting and negotiation of technology related agreements and project documentation; due diligence activities in a variety of contexts; advising on regulatory matters associated with ditigal assets and technology transformation projects and contract management for large scale technology implementation projectgs. You will be encouraged and supported in providing legal services in an innovative and technology enabled way.

Deloitte Legal is a fast-growing Australian incorporated legal practice with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane. As part of a global network, we have access to more than 2,500 legal practitioners, who operate in more than 80 countries.   • Minimum 2 years post admission experience working with commercial contracts, exposure to technology contracts an advantage but not essential
  • Strong drafting skills technical training and expertise
  • Enjoys variety of work and working with different teams
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated
