Seeking an experienced Learning Manager to make impact and contribute to our high performing team!

About the role 

Our national Leadership & Learning team creates and delivers innovative, exciting and impactful learning solutions for Deloitte staff. An opportunity currently exists for a Learning Design Manager within our Leadership & Learning Team on a 12 month fixed term contract to join our team to support the build of a firm wide Sales Curriculum.
A robust learning agenda is a critical component in achieving our strategic objectives within our Sales and Pursuits office and we are seeking a Learning Designer to support this agenda. Reporting to the Senior Learning Manager, you will lead the design of a differentiated, future-focused and innovative Sales learning curriculum for our people to reimagine and realise their potential today, tomorrow and beyond. This curricula will integrate seamlessly with our Client Leader learning programs and firm wide skills curricula.
This role will captivate a person who enjoys instructional design, facilitation, has exceptional senior stakeholder management and organisational skills and who loves working as part of a dynamic and action oriented team.

You are someone with:

  • Business partnering background with project management experience, specifically in a medium to large corporate
  • Learning design capability including articulating measurements of success
  • Proven capability to build, influence and maintain senior stakeholder relationships
  • Passion for networking, with the drive to connect the dots across a complex matrix organisation
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in budget management and reporting
  • A lifelong learner mindset
