About the Team

The Strategic Sourcing function is focused on engaging and qualifying external candidates to create talent pools for specific (tech and non-tech) areas across Deloitte. Our Strategic Sourcing model leverages data and talent insights to design talent attraction and tailored search strategies to find the best talent. We work with the Employer Branding team to nurture and manage the talent pool relationships with curated content to ensure high levels of engagement.

What will your typical day look like?

Reporting to the Strategic Sourcing Manager, this role is focussed on headhunting top talent through creative sourcing strategies and nurturing and engaging with talent pools. You will be considered a SME and will bring external insights and data to influence stakeholders. This is a collaborative role working across various business units, multiple Talent Acquisition members, Employer Brand and Operations.

You will be an enthusiastic, self-starter with a desire to join a high-performance environment focused on people. Ideally you will have the following:

  • Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, in a dedicated Strategic Sourcing role within either agency and/or internal/RPO environments with exposure to technology
  • Expert in Boolean search methodology and other search methodology.
  • Strong sales/commercial acumen
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs / environments
