Two fantastic opportunities have arisen to work with a high performing team within our Customer Information Branch, Service Delivery division in our Cannington Office.

Suitable applicants may be considered for positions over the next 12 months, including Fulltime, Part time (with Minimum of 24 hours per week) and fixed-term contracts.

The position

In this role, you will be working with as part of a team in the Contact Centre which is often the first point of contact for individuals and businesses seeking general information and assistance. Enquires relate to building compliance, occupational licences, consumer rights, tenancy, workplace safety and state employment queries.

You will play a pivotal role in the Customer Information Directorate, helping deliver relevant and accurate information to customers using technology and software applications.

A high level of professionalism with outstanding customer service skills and a willingness to actively get involved in improving customer service will be key to success in this role.

This position is located in Cannington. Enjoy onsite lifestyle facilities, including bike lockers, fully equipped change rooms, personal lockers and a cafe.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm, with some flexible working at home arrangements subject to government policy.
