Our Keolis Downer Learning and Development team are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join. Based in our North Sydney Depot (must be flexible to travel to our Mova Vale and Brookvale Depots as well) you will provide excellent ongoing support to the Learning & Development team. Reporting into the L&D Manager, you will manage of specific projects to build our capability in delivery training and assessment in a range of subject areas including relevant KD policies and processes, compliance, values, ethical behaviour and customer service. You will help us to ensure our people are competent and confident to undertake their work in a skilled, safe and customer focused manager, underpinned by relevant policies, standards and legislation.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Certificate III in Business or ability to achieve that qualification
  • At least 2 years’ experience as an administrator/coordinator
  • Project Management skills
  • Power BI - desirable
  • Excel skills
  • Microsoft office – intermediate/advanced
  • Experience and proven ability to be flexible
