We are currently on the lookout for a superstar Bid Coordinator to join our National Facilities Bid Team. About the role:

As a Bid Coordinator you’ll be a key part of our New Business team who drive and support the development and preparation of business opportunities and tender submissions.

Working closely with our Bid Managers, National Bid Management Lead, and other key stakeholders you’ll use your ability to engage and garner information to support the coordination, preparation, development and delivery of high-quality tenders.

In a nutshell, the role will involve:

  • Managing the end to end bid process.
  • Background research to client and community requirements.
  • Working with subject matter experts to develop and document tender win strategies and solutions.
  • Bid documentation management (including project write ups, personnel profiles, etc)

About you:

As a natural and enthusiastic team player, you’ll have an inquisitive mind, a collaborative approach and strong writing skills. You’ll also have a drive to deliver quality outcomes and continuous improvement, as well the ability to thrive under pressure and produce win/win outcomes.

To excel in this role, your key skills will include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong command of Microsoft Word
  • The ability to work positively with people across a variety of teams and backgrounds – at the executive level through to on-the-ground delivery staff
  • A collaborative approach with a willingness to ‘muck in’ as required to get the job done
  • A creative and innovative side to enable you to develop and present user-friendly non-price attributes
  • A track record of being an enthusiastic team player with excellent time management skills along with meticulous attention to detail.

You will have a track record of working in the bid space, collaborating with a wide range of people (estimating, technical staff, programmers, managers and clients) to develop and capture cohesive, easy to read content that convinces our clients that we’re the right team for the job
