Due to an internal promotion and growth requirements, we have a great role for administration/coordination superstar to join the Downer Facilities Recruitment Team making a real difference for our successful Downer Facilities business.

About the role:

As a Recruitment Coordinator you will support and work within a progressive, forward thinking and most importantly fun-loving team.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • To support the Facilities recruitment team by arranging interviews, setting up candidate reference checking, new employee on-boarding and set up as well as recruitment projects, improvement projects and support of the wider HR team. I
  • In your role, you will also be accountable to co-ordinate and provide administrative support for NZ Immigration related processes within our very large and diverse Facilities business.

About you:

  • We are looking for a high performer who shows initiative and drive.
  • You will enjoy working a fast pace with high volumes, work in a highly diverse environment, understand internal processes and most importantly have a strong attention to detail.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A passion for providing excellent customer service and support
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Natural ability to build strong working relationships with everyone you interact with
  • Well-developed computer skills
  • And most importantly have a great sense of humour!

You may have worked in an administration or coordination role and are looking to take the next step in your career, whilst it would be a great if you had some exposure or experience in either Recruitment or a related area its ok if you don't as we can teach you all you need to know to be successful in this role.
