Keolis Downer is seeking a strong, experienced Executive Assistant based in our Brookvale Office in Northern Beaches of Sydney. Reporting into and providing personal assistance, diary management and administrative support to our Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director. You will also support the Keolis Downer Northern Beaches leadership team in general administrative activities to ensure efficient and effective administrative service of the contract and Keolis Downer business.


  • Qualifications in Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong planning, administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Diary management.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently and confidentially.
  • Flexible attitude to work and preparedness to undertake a wide range of duties.
  • Computing and data entry and word processing skills, including the ability to use Microsoft word, excel & PPT.
  • Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and directly to employees and external clients.
  • Proven competence in the use, operation and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, to develop and maintain effective team relationships.
  • Demonstrated skills in providing high quality reports and submissions.
