What’s in it for you?

As our Oceania Government Compliance & Security Manager you'll be responsible for:

  1. Implementing EY's national security clearance compliance strategy.

    • Manage and coordinate the national security clearance function, ensuring compliance with our obligations under a range of policies and standards, and to support business decisions

    • Assist with the onboarding and integration of a tech solution to complement these functions

  2. Manage and implement government policy compliance across the business.

    • Manage and actively support government compliance processes within the business in adherence to strict policy and procedures (e.g. BRIDGE, Billing)

    • Work with the finance and business development teams to review, manage and periodically update our MSA / firmwide rate cards / panels agreement

You'll work alongside sector and service line leadership to provide seamless coordination of the above functions.

What we’re looking for

  • Australian citizen, capable of securing (or already have) a NV1 Australian Government security clearance

  • Experience working in the government defence security network or familiarity with personnel security processes

  • Strong risk management mindset. Identifies and assesses risks and consults with leadership or stakeholders in a timely manner. Informs and makes recommendations to leadership where necessary.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including strong command of English

  • Strong attention to detail and sound organisational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Bachelor level qualification
