What’s in it for you?

We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Strategy and Transactions – Infrastructure Advisory team in Adelaide. Our team is working on some of the largest infrastructure projects in SA and Australia across the infrastructure and program lifecycle – including policy and strategy development, financial and commercial analysis, taking transactions to market, negotiation and execution and providing ongoing contract support and asset management advice.

By joining our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work across all major infrastructure sectors, including transport, health and human services, education and energy and power and utilities. Our current portfolios of projects are all critical to advancing state and national social and economic development as well as the transition to net zero energy.

Elements of the role are expected to include:

  • Leading teams to develop feasibility studies and business cases that are underpinned by robust regulatory, economic, and commercial and financial assessment

  • Developing and applying frameworks and methods for assessing value for money, economic and financial impact, examining policy options and advising on regulatory issues

  • Leading the development of clear, well written and easy to understand reports and presentations to support our clients in understanding complex problems

  • Working in large multidisciplinary teams of technical and government advisors

  • Building peer level relationships with clients and other industry professionals

  • Managing and being accountable for internal budgets and administration

  • As a leader; mentoring, coaching and supporting junior team members, and supporting team management

  • Contributing and supporting business development activities.

What we’re looking for

  • Degree qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as economics, planning, law or engineering

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams and manage people and clients

  • Experience in managing economic and/or financial appraisals and providing policy advice

  • Exceptional report writing and communication skills

  • Experience working on infrastructure projects in transport, health or power and utilities sectors would be a highly valued
