What’s in it for you?

As our Legal Counsel with strong technology contracts experience, you’ll provide commercial contracting advice to support EY’s growing IT Consulting business.

  • Work closely with EY’s technology professionals and pursuits teams to negotiate and manage a wide variety of technology pursuits and agreements, including large scale technology transformation projects
  • Collaborate with our colleagues locally and globally on issues relating to complex global technology initiatives and projects
  • Form part of the globally integrated GCO function, serving as trusted advisors to the EY community through the delivery of proactive, commercial legal advice

What we’re looking for

Here’s our ‘wish list’ but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.

  • A legal practising certificate for an Australian jurisdiction
  • At least 8 years’ post admission experience gained in a top or leading mid-tier firm and/or reputable in-house experience
  • Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
