What does your team do

We work with lawyers and law departments to help them change what they work on, how they do that work and who they work with. This article (https://lnkd.in/grxN22Fx), first published in the Law Society Journal, October 2022, articulates the need that our legal operations services meet.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with successful delivery of their programs leading to service delivery improvements and/or successful investment outcomes
  • Deliver complex transformation programs spanning the entire lifecycle from strategy through to transition into operations
  • Contribute to business development and account management activities such as pursuits, proposals and managing key relationships
  • Address significant challenges such as rapidly evolving client expectations and increasing cost reduction pressures helping clients redesign, reengineer or automate business processes, applying LEAN principles to minimise waste and promote flexibility across an organisation, or optimising operating models to drive cost efficiencies

  • Consulting experience is a must, and through a Big 4 or boutique consulting firm is highly desirable
  • Passionate to explore all things legal ops – sales, marketing and service transformation
  • Creative, outside of the box thinker ready for the next step in your career
  • Excel in fast paced environments where change is the only constant
  • Loves designing and implementing revolutionary solutions in an innovative, collaborative, and supportive environment
  • Hands-on experience in design, management and delivery of projects and programs involving business transformation
  • Experience within legal operations, strategy development, sales operating models, customer experience transformation, marketing transformation and/or service management optimisation
  • Management consulting experience gained capabilities in portfolio / program / project management, agile PM delivery, PM technology and digital services, PMO / PM as a service
  • Workshop facilitation and presentation experience highly favourable
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, across stakeholders within and outside the company
  • Ability to build and maintain strong lasting relationships with all stakeholders involved
  • Diverse toolkit with a balance of traditional management and innovative solutions
