Fujitsu Federal Government region are seeking a Reports Analyst for an opportunity in Canberra working with our Defence client.

The configuration specialist is responsible for ensuring the relationship of CIs and fully maintained and is readily available for utilisation across all ITSM Service management processes daily.

  • Communicate asset & configuration issues through reporting, identifying exceptions and anomalies, and adjusting processes to eliminate identified exceptions.
  • Governance over the accuracy of the CMDB
  • Ensure compliance to the Asset and Configuration Management processes
  • Responsible for all Asset & Configuration services in order to ensure full and ongoing customer satisfaction in accordance with

    Building your own path to success:

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Very good understanding of ITIL V3/4 process especially Asset & Configuration management
  • Good understanding of modern Computer Networking utilised at an Enterprise level
  • Knowledge / experience in hardware asset management tool such as Service Manager
  • Proven communication skills and an ability to translate technical network concepts to clients
  • A desire to seek out and implement improvements through to finality.
  • Ability to liase with external vendors in all aspects of the support configuration management system

  • Familiarisation with Graphical networks Net Terrain
  • Microfocus Service manager
  • Self-managed and able to work well within a small team

Fujitsu complies with government legislation in various jurisdictions which in some circumstances may impose a requirement that certain workers be vaccinated against COVID-19 (or otherwise have a valid exemption). Also, for client facing roles, some of our customers require our staff to be vaccinated to attend their workplaces. Based on Fujitsu’s assessment of workplace risk and the safety and wellbeing of our people and consultation with our staff, Fujitsu has a Vaccination Requirements policy which requires all new employees recruits to have received at least two COVID-19 vaccinations or have an approved medical exemption or otherwise be approved by the Crisis Management Team (CMT). Exemptions will need to be reviewed and approved by Fujitsu’s CMT, prior to being employed. Note that for some roles, employees may need booster vaccination(s) in accordance with a public health order or customer requirement.
